This is a summary of the energy produced during the first year of operation. It is a photo of the LCD readout of my inverter.

For example, you can see that the system began producing energy on about the 10th of June, and the average production during that first 3-day period was about 14.4 kWh.

Notice that the average production was pretty consistently in the 16-17kWh range from June through mid-October. Then the averages dropped to the 13-14kWh range until mid-November. In late November, averages alternated between 8 and 15 kWh, and then dropped to nothing for a period of about 13 days in the first half of December. This was caused by an ice storm on 11/30 which left the panels covered with a hard cap of snow and ice until it finally melted off on 12/13. Then the last half of December had a lot of cloudy/snowy days, so the average production was pretty low.

Overall, the system was online for 204 days in 2008 and produced a total of 2123 kWh, for a daily average of 10.4 kWh.
